Course Description
This Outlook course will provide you with the skills you need to start sending and responding to email in Microsoft Office Outlook, as well as maintaining your Calendar, scheduling meetings, and working with tasks and notes.
Target Audience
This course is ideal for students new to Microsoft Outlook. No prior knowledge of Outlook is required.

Rich
Rich has been creating custom software programs, and delivering tailored training classes for the past 13 years. His passion for instruction and his pursuit of all things technical, combine with his outgoing personality to provide an engaging and enthusiastic exchange of knowledge and ideas with his trainees. Software training for Rich is a labor of love. As he puts it, "When you love what you do, it's really not work after all!"

Sandy
Honest, direct, detail-oriented and compassionate, Sandy has more than 15 years of software training experience to help everyday users expand their computer knowledge. She has provided training to companies such as Bear Stearns Securities Corp. and the Chicago Board Options exchange.
She has an Associates in Applied Science, Management and an Associates in Arts, General Education from College of DuPage. Sandy currently runs her own consulting company specializing to helping clients manage their accounting using Quicken and Quickbooks.
