At Training Connection, our Supervisor Training is not only aimed at those already in the position of supervising others, but it is also aimed at those who want to understand the way a supervisor’s role can show great demand. Every supervisor has their own responsibilities in an organization, and in addition to organizational obligations, every supervisor has a personal life that must be balanced with the organizational demands.
Leaders at all levels should have some type of training in basic human skills in order to interact skillfully with every leader from supervisor through to senior executive.
Participants at our classes develop the skills needed to maintain a team member's self-esteem (even when there is bad news), maintain a focus on observable behavior (and staying away from perceived intent and attitudes), and more.
