It is a fact of business today that change is a necessary evolution to survive. Significant organizational change can have a powerful effect on staff. Change creates tension as staff are pushed out of their comfort zone. To implement change successfully it is vital that the leaders, from the executives down to the line supervisors, exhibit great leadership skills.
On this Change Management course participants will develop the skills to proactively address change and meet the challenges of transition in the workplace. The course is filled with many interactive exercises to ensure participants master the challenge of change management.

Meet the Instructors

Allyncia
Allyncia has 12 years of corporate training experience. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Spanish.
Ms. Williams has studied, traveled, and worked abroad in 14 countries. As a corporate communications consultant in Tokyo, Japan, she created business skills and cross-cultural training programs for a wide range of clients including Goldman Sachs, Deutsch Bank, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Johnson & Johnson Co., Eddie Bauer, JAPEX, Ministry of International Trade to name a few.
Since returning to the US, Allyncia has consulted in HR and Training roles with Hewitt Associates, LaSalle Bank and Unicare.
