Course Description
This course teaches participants the Fundamentals of Project Management. You will learn how to manage time and costs, implement quality measures, handle project risks, acquire and motivate team members, and communicate effectively. This class is based on Project Management Institute or PMI principles but also introduces attendees to other innovative methodologies.
Participants will discuss the characteristics of becoming a good manager, building and maintaining a productive team, and using analysis tools and reports to evaluate the performance of a project. The course is filled with interactive exercises to ensure your success.
For a limited time we are also offering a complimentary 2-day Microsoft Project class so participants can also gain the additional computer skills to effectively manage projects.
Learning Objectives
Upon successful completion of this Project Management course students will be able to:
