Course Description

This Time Management course teaches students the fundamentals of time management. Participates will learn how to evaluate the use of time, identify goals and set priorities, develop an overall time management plan, discuss the Pareto principle, assign a price to time, conduct a time audit, correctly identify and control poor time management personality types and lots more.

Upon successful completion of this Time Management training class students will be able to:

  • Organize your day by creating a daily plan and avoiding obstacles

Technology and Time Management

  • Use a computer and telephone to save time
  • Maintain a reasonable workload by saying "no"; when appropriate

Productivity

  • Increase productivity by controlling meetings and interruptions
  • Recognize and overcome factors that adversely affect productivity

  • Identify the causes of information overload and how to avoid it
  • Control paperwork by organizing your office and filing system

Allyncia

Allyncia has 12 years of corporate training experience. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Spanish.
Ms. Williams has studied, traveled, and worked abroad in 14 countries. As a corporate communications consultant in Tokyo, Japan, she created business skills and cross-cultural training programs for a wide range of clients including Goldman Sachs, Deutsch Bank, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Johnson & Johnson Co., Eddie Bauer, JAPEX, Ministry of International Trade to name a few.
Since returning to the US, Allyncia has consulted in HR and Training roles with Hewitt Associates, LaSalle Bank and Unicare.
