Lena
Lena has been working as a Microsoft Office trainer and business skills coach for the last 15 years. She has a very engaging personality and students enjoy her level of professionalism.

Allyncia
Allyncia has 12 years of corporate training experience. She holds a Bachelors degree in Psychology and Spanish.
Ms. Williams has studied, traveled, and worked abroad in 14 countries. As a corporate communications consultant in Tokyo, Japan, she created business skills and cross-cultural training programs for a wide range of clients including Goldman Sachs, Deutsch Bank, Nissan, Mitsubishi, Johnson & Johnson Co., Eddie Bauer, JAPEX, Ministry of International Trade to name a few.
Since returning to the US, Allyncia has consulted in HR and Training roles with Hewitt Associates, LaSalle Bank and Unicare.

Sandy
Honest, direct, detail-oriented and compassionate, Sandy has more than 15 years of software training experience to help everyday users expand their computer knowledge. She has provided training to companies such as Bear Stearns Securities Corp. and the Chicago Board Options exchange.
She has an Associates in Applied Science, Management and an Associates in Arts, General Education from College of DuPage. Sandy currently runs her own consulting company specializing to helping clients manage their accounting using Quicken and Quickbooks.

Rich
Rich has been creating custom software programs, and delivering tailored training classes for the past 13 years. His passion for instruction and his pursuit of all things technical, combine with his outgoing personality to provide an engaging and enthusiastic exchange of knowledge and ideas with his trainees.
