Microsoft Project Fundamentals

This 2-day, instructor-led course is aimed at individuals interested in using Microsoft Project to keep projects on track, on time and within budget.

You will start with basic concepts, before proceeding through all the functions required to effectively plan and manage small to medium-size projects. These include scheduling tasks, allocating resources, tracking costs and reporting.

No prior experience of Project is needed. Class suitable for Project 2010/2013/2016 users.
