Because my colleague and I were the only two in class, Pat was able to resolve our questions to how we were going to apply the concepts in class to real-world scenarios. It was great! We are going to be able to use the software to solve some long-burdensome issues.
I felt the instructor and environment were perfect for learning a software package I was not familiar with. With the small class size and engaging style of the instructor, I was able to grasp the processes much more clearly than if I tried to learn on my own.
Great Course. Public Speaking has never been my strong suit but I leave here more confident and with tools to succeed going forward.
Ms. Carol is amazing. She brings energy that is hardly ever used anymore. No one looks forward to training especially when it takes up the entire day. However, I am very pleased to have attended. Thank you so much!

Eva was wonderful. I was incredibly intimidated by Illustrator and by the time I left I felt like I had a great starting point at which to go home and practice my new skills. This After Effects Fundamentals class is an absolutely fantastic class. I feel confident that I know have the basic skill-set and hands-on experience to be able to navigate the program with confidence. I am also aware that the key to success for a lot of these programs is practice and patience. McKinley was a patient kind and fun teacher. She maintained a great level of enthusiasm and instruction; she is extremely knowledgeable and shared a high level of confidence in her skill-set and professionalism. I've been trying to teach myself Visio for several months and was desperate for some expert advice. I feel that this course has reinforced what I already knew and has taught me lots of valuable information and techniques that will save me time at work.

I'm very glad that I took this course. After 3 days, I feel like I have a full grasp of the Adobe Illustrator tools and how to best use them. He made the class fun, informative, and went above and beyond with every aspect of the class. I learned more in 3 days than in all of my online courses on sites like lynda.com. There's no substitute for a live teacher where you can ask all of the questions you want and get detailed answers on the spot.
This was an excellent experience, I feel that I can go home with the confidence to expand on the knowledge and skills provided. Additional materials and references are an added bonus. Jeanette was an enjoyable instructor. She was professional, yet kept levity in the classroom. For me, this helped the time to go by quickly....unlike other training courses from other schools I've taken, where I was a "clock watcher". Jeanette was a breath of fresh air, as an instructor. Gabe was the best instructor imaginable. We covered a great deal of training in 3 days yet Gabe never allowed anyone to fall to behind. He provided excellent technical training mixed with just the right amount of humor to keep things light. Would recommend Gabe and the Training Connection in a heartbeat.
The class was exceptional in that each student was allowed to work on his own unique project instead of a generic project. The instructor became familiar with each project and thus served as an adviser for each student/project.
Beverley was a great teacher, she knew the answer to every question. Very friendly teaching manner and she really had some great information to share, really plugged the gaps in my knowledge about photoshop. The course went at a very fast pace and really condensed a lot of information in an easy to understand manner.
The thought of a day-long excel course seems tedious and boring BUT Rich did an amazing job. I was engaged throughout the entire class, I amazed myself! The pace was perfect and I was able to keep up with students that I thought were above my level of knowledge in excel. Rich was a great teacher, very personable, and entertaining. Kristian was highly detailed in his course curriculum drawing from his extensive background knowledge and experience with adobe and he was exactly what I was looking for in an instructor, as I was initially nervous to sign up for a Bootcamp style class. He understood clearly how I needed to apply the skillsets I was looking to acquire, for me to apply to my real-world business scenarios. He had a perfect balance of high-density info delivery in a fun positive full of humor teaching style. It was a personal investment for acquiring new professional-caliber skills well spent. The training center was very clean, along with the equipment being top-notch. I would take classes here again, and the free snacks and coffee were definitely a bonus.
Eva was a fantastic instructor, and I felt a lot more confident in my abilities coming out of the class. It has actually made me interested in possibly taking a more advanced course, but for now, it was a great introduction to InDesign, especially for my current tasks at work.

If there was an option better than strongly agree, I would have chosen that. I've taken many software classes, and I thought this was one of the best. It was taught at the right pace, and the practical exercises helped work through real-life questions that may come up. I'm really looking forward to the other two Training Connection courses I'm signed up for.

I can honestly say that prior to my access courses with Training Connection I knew absolutely nothing about designing a database. Great instructor - realistic perspective on the software. Incorporated real life stories into the course to show the practical use of the software. Also, I like that there was some theory or Project Management tips included.

I am totally new to photoshop. Eva is amazing. She is probably one of the nicest people I have met in my life. She has practical real-world knowledge that inspired within me a deeper need to learn the skills of Photoshop. This course covered everything I needed to create great PowerPoint presentations at work. The pace was perfect. Chris, the instructor, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I found this training class online and signed up due to course description. I was fortunate enough to be put in a one on one class and I am pleased to say that it went beyond what I was expecting. As a ten-year professional journalist, I was very impressed with the new strategies of written communication taught by Allyncia. The results-oriented focus make the lessons applicable to daily business life and interactions. The communications math formula is a great way to express dialogue, whether it is written or oral. Jeff did a great job of tailoring course content to my specific needs. He was able to address questions I've had about HTML, CSS and Dreamweaver that I've had for a long time, but for which I could not seem to find clear answers. He helped me to understand the structure of HTML and CSS as a foundation critical to web design in the Dreamweaver environment.

Kristian is a veritable Premier Pro God. There wasn't one question that he wasn't able to answer and I feel like I can competently work on editing film and video. Prior to coming to this class, I wasn't sure if I would be able to walk away and feel confident about designing a web site from scratch and be able to retain all the info that would be discussed in only two days. Rick did an amazing job relaying all this info and breaking it down so that it was easy to understand. I highly recommend taking his class, his teaching approach was more than helpful and successful in the fact that I now feel confident in creating my own code.
For anyone looking to advance their knowledge in web development, Training Connection is the place to start. I wanted to supplement my web design knowledge with PHP/MySQL training. Chris, the instructor, took the class step-by-step through the process of a data-based driven website. There was no rushing material, overloading, or pressure of retention of data. I've had some programming in C++ and java and this course filled in the gaps.

Beverly is definitely knowledgeable in Photoshop and taught the class to where I was able to understand. I was very impressed by Rob's knowledge and instructional abilities. The pacing of this class was fast enough to keep things interesting but Rob allowed plenty of time to review information if needed. McKinley is now the best teacher I have ever had going back to elementary. She did a wonderful job in everything this course had to offer. I am an operations manager for a Fortune 200 company. My daily tasks are seemingly endless. I felt that I was productive but I knew that I could be more effective. I found TC online and registered. This was such a great course. The pacing was perfect, Instructor made sure at every point to provide relevant examples and check our understanding. Even beginning concepts that I thought I understood took on new meaning and relevance because the instructor gave the background as to why the tagging worked the way it did and how to diagnose common mistakes and avoid them in the future. Beverly is a fabulous teacher who moves at a perfect pace, slow enough to learn and critically think about each step, but not too slow where it's wasted time. I would highly recommend her to someone who is in need of a refresher course, or even someone who has never touched an Adobe product!

Gabe was an all-around great teacher. He made the course fun to learn and provided a good balance between lecture and having us actually do it ourselves. The exercises that we did at the end (updating a current website, and designing one from scratch) were excellent ways for us to get practice and make sure that we actually knew what we were doing. It's one thing to watch it be done, but much more effective doing it ourselves. This was a very interesting course and I would definitely take another course with Gabe in the future.

Jeanette was about as good an instructor as you could ask for when it comes to time management. It's a breath of fresh air when an instructor brings in their own experience and methodology to a course as opposed to just following the training materials. The first three days of the Bootcamp reinforced the skills I already had and helped me brush up on those I hadn't quite mastered. I wasn't sure what to expect of the classes. The class set up was top notch. The computers provided were of high quality and set up properly. Our instructor, Kristian was genuinely excited to teach us the concepts and application of After Effects. That helped me to be engaged in the class. The course was very deep and intense at times with a ton of good, usable information. I would definitely recommend and take another class.
The class was very helpful in learning how to use Dreamweaver. Being able to use both CSS and starting from the beginning was great. Now I can handle putting something together that has a nice look and feel to it. Knowing how to make changes after something had been created was very good.

Even though it was a lot of information to learn in two days, I was totally absorbed in the content. I can't wait to get back in the office to "show off" some of the things I learned this week and use the features I always dreaded like MAIL MERGE:) Even tracking changes which truly intimidated me when I saw it in other peoples documents will be fun to put to use. Lena was an excellent trainer, very patient with all our "oh my gosh" comments.
The JavaScript course was exactly what I needed and more! I should have done this years ago. Chris is the best instructor and very effective in applying the course content to my specific situations as well as meeting me at my level of expertise.
This class was very helpful. It reinforced what I already knew of Powerpoint, taught me new details and options, and helped me find new ways to troubleshoot issues. When I enrolled for the Dreamweaver class, I hoped for the best and expected the worst since I was relying on student testimonials more than any other criteria. This course actually exceeded anything I could have hoped for and Gabriel is an excellent instructor. The class was well-paced and he was available both before and after class. I would have given the class an A, but his daily magic trick after lunch has earned it an A+. If you're completely new to Dreamweaver and web design, you would be hard-pressed to find a better class.

Honestly, this class was awesome. I have always wanted to learn more about Illustrator and have been frustrated that my creativity was limited by my understanding of the program. After taking this Bootcamp class, I have an entirely new understanding of Illustrator and I'm excited to be able to put these skills to use in my job. Eva was the sweetest teacher and was always available to answer questions and show us real-world examples of projects and ways to use our new skills. Pat was great! He didn't simply go over the software the entire time, rather he applied real-world project management philosophies and PMI standards to the lessons which kept the class completely interested. I am so happy that three of my biggest areas of feeling absolutely no confidence in have been taught in a way I finally understand. Tabs, indents and mail-merge finally make sense and I'm looking forward to trying them. Even getting stuck in the elevator didn't stop us from learning. I will recommend others to take this class.

The pace of the instruction was perfect and the content was exactly what I needed to cover to build my skillset in Captivate. Jeff was great at taking the book instructions and expanding on them. I also learned a lot of great tips and tricks from Jeff that weren't even in the book. I'm completing the Captivate class with a lot more knowledge and confidence. This is my third class with Training Connection and I would recommend them to anyone needing instruction in computer programs or business information.
One of the best instructors I have ever had for learning a new software. He explained everything thoroughly and paused at any time to help a student if they had a problem. Will try and take another course with this instructor.

This is the second class that I've taken with Kristian and I couldn't be happier with it. I've been switching over from Final Cut Pro to Premiere and this really helped me to think in Premiere rather than constantly translate.
This class provided a new perspective on customer service that I think will be very beneficial to me in the future. I think a lot of people in customer service have heard all the basics, but this training went deeper and was really able to connect the work to me personally. I thought it was very interesting and fun

The Excel training that Rich provided was the best that I've received in my 30 years in government. Basically, since the advent of Excel. I appreciated his training approach and especially liked that he let us built our own training aids/cheat sheet using the basic and a few advanced concepts of Excel! Great class!
Gabriel was fantastic. Sometimes you'll attend a workshop hoping to walk away with a greater knowledge base and you'll be disappointed. This was the exact opposite. I learned way more than I expected too and Gabriel's teaching style really helps. I would recommend this to anyone looking to learn Dreamweaver and I feel very comfortable with the program now.
I think the class was of great value and accomplished what I was hoping for with 3 key employees. I think that each of them recognized things that they were doing and hopefully will take the knowledge learned today to correct the unprofessional behaviors. Thank you!

Ron Bailey is great! I like the way he presents the material and I learned a complicated system in a very short time. He was very nice about stopping his lecture to answer my questions, even if they were more pertinent to my actual job and beyond the scope of the course. Jeff has been an excellent instructor today in Excel Level 1 and I'm looking forward to Levels 2 & 3 with him over the next two days. I'm here to gain more advanced Excel experience for my job and I've already learned far more in the Beginners class than I ever had been shown in the past in work and in business school. The Adobe Premiere Bootcamp was awesome. A ton of information presented clearly and accessibly. The hands-on approach allowing you to follow step by step is priceless. And the instructor, Kristian, was always patient and happy to slow down or repeat anything as needed. He constantly checked with us to make sure we were following along, asking if we had any questions. He also volunteered his time outside of the classroom hours to discuss any other specifics etc. At the beginning of the week, it seemed like an overwhelming amount to learn, but each step unlocks your understanding and it all starts falling into place. Highly reccommended!

Level 2 was just as great as Level 1 yesterday. The small class allowed us to spend a great deal of time troubleshooting real examples from our work life. Excellent classes and would highly recommend to anyone looking to enhance their PowerPoint skills.

Rob Rocks! He is an Adobe PR and AE guru :) Rob's approach to teaching is effective and holistic. I've edited with Premiere for 6 years and wanted to add After Effects to my tool belt. In one week I have learned advance techniques to help polish my PR skills and now I know how to begin using AE. I can't tell you how many OMG moments I had, now my level of editing will go from amateur hour to animation power. LOL :) I'm really excited to see what I can do, Thank you, Rob!
I took the L1 and L2 courses at a company called New Horizons. This is significantly better. The New Horizons courses cost $590 each with no instruction. We were simply given books and expected to learn on our own. The instructor was very knowledgeable and good at teaching. I would definitely come back for more courses.
Sandy is an excellent instructor! I have taken other Microsoft Office courses from her and she consistently delivers an excellent presentation. She keeps you engaged and has a good sense of humor that keeps the presentation interesting. I really enjoyed this course and look forward to taking the advance level of PowerPoint. I only wish that she was teaching it too! I will recommend this course to others.
Rich was very helpful. I had originally considered taking an online class but was glad for the interaction. He provided assistance for examples from our real work experience. He was very engaging and I never felt bored or that class was dragging.
This class was a huge help to me in discovering how different types of people need to be communicated to in certain situations. I have attended another Microsoft share point project class by another company and left more confused...I definitely feel like I have a grasp on Microsoft Project after this class. Another excellent course at Training Connection. Chris is a great instructor and addresses everyone's questions. I do have about five years of programming experience so I appreciate being able to listen in and learn from someone who is extremely knowledgeable on the topics.
The teacher was thorough, fun, engaging and not only answered questions but gave demonstrations of how to answer them. The step by step instruction paired with smaller projects as time went on seemed more effective than learning tools within the context of larger projects. Great teacher- fun class!
McKinley was the perfect mixture of a top-notch professional and perfect pace. She knew every section and sub-section of her subject-matter without fail. When the class came upon a topic that was well-known, she was able to pick up the pace. When there were new and difficult applications, she easily slowed down and step-by-step went through the possible variations. I now feel empowered!

Rich is a great teacher! I actually just re-took level 2 after about four or five months. In between the first class and this retake, I taught a co-worker the basics and we just took this class together. We have so many ideas of how to use Access to make our work faster, easier and have a greater impact with data analysis. Being able to retake the classes is definitely an enormous benefit - this second time around really enforced everything, plus I learned a lot of new functions.
Rick did a great job with the content of the class and helped each student along individually if needed. I feel that he is very well versed in the material he was presenting and was available at all times for further discussion. I am leaving the class with a good concept of HTML and CSS and will be able to build upon this experience. I would definitely take another class with him.
First of all, the training facility is so clean and well organized. And of course, Ms. McKinley was so great. She explained literally almost everything I need to know in Captivate Advanced. For two days of training, it is all worth it. I will highly recommend Training Connection a great training facility.
I am blown away by how appropriate and exceptional this class was. I am walking out of here knowing as much as and maybe a bit more than my boss (who is a computer whiz) knows. This is the first class I've taken (and I've taken many) where the instructor didn't "throw the book at us" rather tailored the session to "real world" practical application. A great spend for my company! I can't wait to get approval to attend more of these sessions.
I really liked this course! I felt I learned a lot! It was more than just time management but overall happiness in the workplace. I think that having a small group was extremely beneficial because our instructor (Lena) could hone in on our personal issues with time management and the workplace. Lena was very skilled and well-read in time management and life management. She brought very valuable topics and experiences to the table. I would definitely recommend this class to others!

This class was an absolute pleasure. So often when attending a training the instructor goes directly from the book, however, Mr. O'Donnell mixed in real-world situations that he has run across which was very helpful. He was a great instructor.
George has what appears to be the greatest understanding of the subject matter that is humanly possible. He is helpful, polite, and always a gentleman. I have grown to admire his teaching style as I have had several classes with him. He is a credit to the Traning Connection's staff.
Rob was an absolutely wonderful teacher and I walked away with more knowledge in 5 days than I could've ever figured out from any book or googling. He had helpful hints and in-depth knowledge of almost all questions and subjects After Effects related and was able to cater the experience to each student's specific needs.
Eva was great. She definitely knows this program inside and out. She didn't miss a beat whether it was unusual questions from the students or rephrasing the examples in the book to help us better understand the project. I have been using InDesign for a few years, but the hints and techniques learned in this class will be an invaluable asset.

Bob is an excellent instructor with practical illustrations for each concept. He was especially helpful in using layman terms for explaining each piece of a function. McKinley is awesome and very very knowledgable. She made it fun, and I learned so much. One of the best instructors and learning classes I have taken. (taken over 15 in the last 10 years) The classrooms are beautiful and the MAC computers are awesome. The cocoa and the training room and chairs are very comfortable. Thank you!!!!

I think this course could have been a snooze fest but Lena made sure it wasn't! I was engaged the entire time. I had some major take aways that blew me away and I will use in my work and life. She was intuitive, very intelligent and hands-on I had fun learning new time management skills and very pleased with this course. Rich did a great job of listening to how I use Access as a part of my consulting role and on a day to day basis. This helped make the concepts I was learning extremely concrete and memorable. I greatly appreciated the Training Connection allowing me to still take the class despite being the only person participating - this was a great way to learn the ins and outs of Access and VBA programming. I've taken this course before and decided to take the refresher course before my 6 month period was over and am very glad I did. It allowed me to revisit concepts that I hadn't thought about since first learning them some months ago and think progressively as of how to apply them for future projects versus the regular tools/techniques I found myself falling into. McKinley is an incredible instructor and very thorough in going through the material that the book leaves out.

I really loved how the instructor explained the purpose of tasks and the reasoning behind certain tools existing within the software. It opened up a whole new world of design terminology and concepts to me that I never would have understood if the teacher had just purely taught the software without explaining the real-world applications of features. I learned a ton in this class and can't wait to use my new skills. We covered an incredible amount of training, so I will definitely need to practice to retain the new knowledge!

Chana was an incredible teacher. She knows the InDesign program (as well as the sister programs) so well that you can ask her a question on any aspect of Adobe and she'll be able to answer it... in 5 different ways! I loved how she tailored the class to our questions and pace. I am happy that she'll be teaching the Illustrator class that I signed up for!
An excellent course, since I had no background in Photoshop. I feel more comfortable in knowing what tools are presented and how they can be utilized. Eva did a very good job in presenting and displayed patience throughout. Her background knowledge in art, color, lighting, etc...hugely helpful! Her real world experience provided credibility. This class was great! I was able to learn so much about HTML and CSS, particularly with responsive layouts. I would definitely look at taking another class with Chris, particularly with JavaScript for interactive elements.
McKinley was an extremely knowledgeable and talented instructor. She was able to answer all questions, even those that took us outside of the scope of the class and managed the class and the pace very well. The information here is very good, but I know that the instructor can really make or break it and I am very happy to have had this instructor. I would recommend this company for training in the future. The staff is excellent, the center is up-to-date and clean and the quality of the instructor is stellar.
I learned a great deal of information on this 2-day course. Our company relies on Project, but most of us in the company are terribly inefficient with this software. Pat did a great job of teaching ways to be more efficient and use the many benefits of the software.

This is the second course I have taken with Chana and it was the best by far. Illustrator was a program I thought I knew. She opened new avenues to doing work more efficiently and effectively.
This course was spectacular. I feel like I've learned more than I could anticipate and look forward to applying my new skills to both work and personal video production. There was a lot of information, some of which I think I will forget, so having the supplemental material is definitely helpful. After Effects is a comprehensive tool and there is much I still need to learn. I will try to get my employer to let me sign up for the advanced course next.

I was very engaged in class. Our trainer was very personable. She has a great personality and uses a lot of real world examples to explain the tools learned in class to really help them to sink in. Great class, Chris was very good at helping students with different level of JavaScript experience and I thought he handled the questions and flow from the different level very well. Also very good breaking down how the code works. Code classes can be boring and this was not boring at all.

I was pleasantly surprised at how much I took from this class and how much I enjoyed it. I thought this class would be stripping away my writing for business e-mails, but it was so much more than that. I feel like I can write just more efficiently now, without losing my more detailed writing skills. It was a really good refresh on old basics I haven't touched on since grade school/high school - but that are still so important in day-to-day work.

Great intro course! Took me from knowing nothing to feeling like I could go out and construct my own database! Looking forward to learning more at higher levels.
I was able to get the one on one attention I needed and work on my existing files. This added value to what I was learning and will help me to apply what I learned to existing and future projects. I will be able to become more efficient and build database files that run more efficiently.

This Customer Service seminar was beyond what I expected. Their Customer service speaker gave an amazing class. She was full of energy and keeps your attention. I have a better understanding of my position and how to handle things differently and how to be efficient in different areas with customers. Great class. I would recommend this to any company that would like to better their employees' communication skills.

Learning new computer programs and concepts can be very hard at times. However, the instructor was the best I have had so far in computer training. She spoke clearly, knew what she was talking about, was able to relate it to the real world, took time to help those who needed it, was very prepared, and created examples that were easy to understand and follow. I would definitely take another course from her.
Eva was an excellent instructor and I would definitely attend another class she was teaching. She was easy to understand, easy to follow, and she kept a great pace ... but had no issues slowing down and allowing me to catch up when needed! Thank you very much for the awesome learning experience!

Having a small class was very nice and contributed to the success of the class. If you fell behind tying to follow in an exercise, it was easy to say "hold on I'm lost" and Rich was always ready to go over it a second time and make sure we stayed with him. Really a good course.

The instructor took the time to ask how much of the subject I knew and what were my interests or things I hoped to learn by the time I left the class that way he knew what topics to concentrate on. We had a very small class, therefore, we were able to customize and personalize it. I liked that very much and feel I walked out knowing a lot more on the subject.
Not only was this a great customer service training, but a life-changing experience for me. I really enjoyed Juana Wooldridge today. I would recommend her not only for customer service training but for motivational speaking. She made me realize some things about myself that I never even knew. A real eye-opener and probably one of the best 7 hours spent of my life.
The instructor has a great sense of humor while teaching which makes the class more engaging and easy to get through in the many hours back to back. She kept it 'real' and we were learning but it went smoothly overall. I am walking away from this class knowing more than I was expecting and confident in my abilities. I will definitely be using Training Connection in the future for any classes I need to take.
Once again, McKinley Marshall was an excellent teacher for the AE Boot Camp class. I had the privilege of taking her Premiere Pro Boot Camp class as well. McKinley is very informative, friendly, and funny. I would take another class with her in heartbeat. She takes time out to make each student feel confident when taking her class. The staff is very friendly and the facility is top-notch. I would highly recommend Training Connection to anyone.
I was happy to find an Advanced CSS class offered in the Chicago area with good reviews for my professional development, and this course more than lived up to my expectations. We were able to cover a wide range of topics, concentrate on specific areas of interest, and reinforce core concepts. Chris has been an excellent instructor who's course I will recommend to others wanting to take a closer look at CSS or JavaScript.
Carol was WONDERFUL! She provided great information in a concise and meaningful way and was genuinely interested in the topic. I learned SO MUCH more than I anticipated and I know that the information I learned today will help me build the skill set I need to be successful in my career.
I loved Michelle, she was really good at explaining everything, went at a great pace and I feel like I learned so much. would love to take her class again !!

I enrolled in Excel 1,2, and 3 and had the pleasure of having Chris as the instructor for all three. Even though Excel three covered more advanced data, Chris made it fun and easy to follow. I would highly recommend these training classes.

Great course. The instructor has very high energy. Enjoyed the session on how to introduce people and exit/enter conversations. The practice / acting out networking scenarios was very helpful.

Pat is an excellent resource and has given me many great tips and tools for the Microsoft program as well as project-related tips outside of the software that was relevant to me as a project manager. I would recommend this class to my other co-workers.
Eva was a wonderful teacher and incredibly knowledgeable. She knows Illustrator inside and out and was very helpful with applying real-world things she has used it for.
