Rich is excellent at his teaching craft... I was anticipating a lack luster day but it was a pleasant surprise. I especially appreciate the real sense of freedom to ask questions; no matter how remedial they seemed to be.

I can honestly say that prior to my access courses with Training Connection I knew absolutely nothing about designing a database. This course provided me with the tools to better work with our existing access database and to clean up errors. George was very helpful in taking students' real-life situations and demonstrating for the class how we could work with Access to resolve issues.

Rich did a great job of listening to how I use Access as a part of my consulting role and on a day to day basis. This helped make the concepts I was learning extremely concrete and memorable. Chris is excellent! He answered all of our questions and maintained a good pace for us to learn MS Access. I hope to see him again when I take the Intermediate level of MS Access.

Rich was an excellent instructor, who provided useful real-world examples, took time to stop and answer class questions, and even ventured outside course outlined topics to answer student classes. I definately plan on taking further Access classes from Rich.
Rich is a great teacher! I actually just re-took level 2 after about four or five months. In between the first class and this retake, I taught a co-worker the basics and we just took this class together. We have so many ideas of how to use Access to make our work faster, easier and have a greater impact with data analysis. Being able to retake the classes is definitely an enormous benefit - this second time around really enforced everything, plus I learned a lot of new functions.

I took the L1 and L2 courses at a company called New Horizons. This is significantly better. The New Horizons courses cost $590 each with no instruction. We were simply given books and expected to learn on our own. The instructor was very knowledgeable and good at teaching. I would definitely come back for more courses.

I felt the instructor and environment were perfect for learning a software package I was not familiar with. With the small class size and engaging style of the instructor, I was able to grasp the processes much more clearly than if I tried to learn on my own.
