Excellent material and presentation. Jeff is an excellent instructor. With 25+ years in the instructional career field, I have a keen eye for instructional excellence. He has it! Please retain him on the staff at all cost.
Larry is an exceptional instructor, who is very awesome at what he does. Learning new software is not an easy task, but he is able to break down the material into real-life learning drills which made learning the software fun. During the course, I was able to take from the notes and drills provided and start my first eLearning course while on our lunch break. I feel ready and able to make quality, education-driven eLearning courses that my company will gain great value from.
Training with Mckinley was very insightful and helpful! Though I am already familiar with Captivate, she filled in tons of gaps where learning was missed in my previous training class. She pleasant and very personable. The examples presented in class were cutting edge and it will help me better my companies e-Learning training courses. From this experience, I plan on continuing my relationship with Training Connection to learn other e-Learning tools.
I really appreciated Mark taking the time to work with me 1-on-1 and explain the differences between my version of Captivate and version in class. Ron provided a balanced approach to teaching the material by following the manual as well as lecture. He would provide us background information on such topics as image files, audio files, etc. to reinforce each lab. He kept the pacing of the class at the level of feedback from the students, and was always willing to entertain questions and re-tread a few steps if needed. He also continually kept us engaged with questions and hands-on examples.
Jeff was a really good instructor, he was very balanced - could handle many questions out of context and adjusted the content on the fly to meet our needs.
Exceptional instructor! He has tons of knowledge and professional experience with this software, which is a bonus take away for students because he related the software to real-world scenarios. I would definitely take classes with this instructor in the future!
McKinley is a great instructor. She went at a pace that all students could follow, and took time to answer each question thoroughly to ensure we all understood what she was teaching. I went into this class not knowing anything about Captivate, and through this class, I have gained much knowledge and feel comfortable applying this knowledge at work. Jeff was terrific. I've been using Captivate for years but I am several versions behind. He was able to fill in all the blanks and make sure the training was pointing me towards projects that I have coming up. Great training!

First of all, the training facility is so clean and well organized. And of course, Ms. McKinley was so great. She explained literally almost everything I need to know in Captivate Advanced. For two days of training, it is all worth it. I will highly recommend Training Connection a great training facility.

Jeff was an extremely patient instructor, very knowledgeable and obviously an expert in his field. I totally enjoyed being in this class, especially being the only student. The pace of the instruction was perfect and the content was exactly what I needed to cover to build my skillset in Captivate. Jeff was great at taking the book instructions and expanding on them. I also learned a lot of great tips and tricks from Jeff that weren't even in the book. I'm completing the Captivate class with a lot more knowledge and confidence. This is my third class with Training Connection and I would recommend them to anyone needing instruction in computer programs or business information.

McKinley was an extremely knowledgeable and talented instructor. She was able to answer all questions, even those that took us outside of the scope of the class and managed the class and the pace very well. The information here is very good, but I know that the instructor can really make or break it and I am very happy to have had this instructor. I would recommend this company for training in the future. The staff is excellent, the center is up-to-date and clean and the quality of the instructor is stellar.

McKinley is awesome and very very knowledgable. She made it fun, and I learned so much. One of the best instructors and learning classes I have taken. (taken over 15 in the last 10 years) The classrooms are beautiful and the MAC computers are awesome. The cocoa and the training room and chairs are very comfortable. Thank you!!!!
