Excellent class. I learned a lot and as usual, Rich is amazing. Super smart and knowledgeable, very patient and always willing to stop and help you until you understand. One of the best trainers I've come across in years.
This course was incredibly valuable to my work and what I do there. Instructor Mike was engaging and equally encouraged us to engage, and I appreciated the humor he incorporated which made the class even more interesting. I would happily take another course with Training Connection with similar instructors.
Mike was fantastic! He was engaging and kept the class interactive. There wasn't a question he could not answer. He was also sensitive to the needs of the class and gave breaks when needed. I would definitely invite him back for another training.

I can't even begin to explain how helpful this course was in expanding my knowledge of Excel. Rich was an excellent instructor. The class was wonderful and Chris is an awesome teacher! I will definitely recommend my fellow finance co-workers to take his VBA class to teach them the works behind excel. I believe that learning VBA excel coding is crucial to efficiently perform data analysis in a quick and easy manner.

Rich was very helpful. I had originally considered taking an online class but was glad for the interaction. He provided assistance for examples from our real work experience. He was very engaging and I never felt bored or that class was dragging.
I retook the class, and it was just as great as the last time! Chris is a great teacher. We covered the same general topics but was able to grasp the concepts better since i was already exposed to them. It was nice to have new classmates ask different questions so we could get a better understanding of real-life examples. Thank you!

I enrolled in Excel 1,2, and 3 and had the pleasure of having Chris as the instructor for all three. Even though Excel three covered more advanced data, Chris made it fun and easy to follow. I would highly recommend these training classes.
Bob is an excellent instructor with practical illustrations for each concept. He was especially helpful in using layman terms for explaining each piece of a function. I have been using functions for several years and now I more fully understand how to use them. I really, really enjoyed this class and the Intermediate class!! Thank you so much!!

This training was fantastic! It was taught at the perfect pace and expanded my knowledge of how to use basic formulas, pivot tables, subtotals, etc. I already can think of several scenarios where this training will be improving my efficiency in my work! Rich is a terrific instructor!
The thought of a day-long excel course seems tedious and boring BUT Rich did an amazing job. I was engaged throughout the entire class, I amazed myself! The pace was perfect and I was able to keep up with students that I thought were above my level of knowledge in excel. Rich was a great teacher, very personable, and entertaining. This was my second training course with Rich and it was fantastic. I retained a lot from Intermediate Excel due to Rich's teaching style, and this class provided appropriate and applicable refreshers from Intermediate mixed in with a lot of new and very useful concepts and topics. I enjoyed the class a lot, hope to take more courses from Rich soon, and have recommended and will continue to recommend Training Connection courses to my employer and colleagues.
Bob is a great instructor who clearly knows his stuff. He's very thorough and teaches the class at a steady pace and is happy to stop mid-sentence to elaborate on something he said or to help someone catch up. Jeff has been an excellent instructor today in Excel Level 1 and I'm looking forward to Levels 2 & 3 with him over the next two days. I'm here to gain more advanced Excel experience for my job and I've already learned far more in the Beginners class than I ever had been shown in the past in work and in business school. Rich was amazing! Great pace for the class and VERY knowledgeable of Excel and its capabilities. I have about 8 years of Excel experience under my belt (mostly self-taught) and even I learned a few cool things in this Level 3 course and more efficient ways to accomplish particular tasks. Rich was a really great instructor! His teaching style was very clear, efficient, and easy to understand, he's definitely a natural. He was also very pleasant and I felt very comfortable asking any questions. I learned a lot from his class and I liked how we got to save the excel workbook to keep as a souvenir. Great class. I was worried that the material could be kind of dry. Rich did a great job of showing his passion for this software and bringing enthusiasm and tons of knowledge. I felt that I got my (company's) money's worth in the first hour. There were so many time saving and quality increasing features that I feel I can now use with confidence or even train others, though I would recommend they attend a class instead because of the high quality and effectiveness!
This is one of the best trainings I have been to. Everything from the topics to examples and discussion was completely relatable and real life. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and kept us focused. He made it a really fun course and I was not expecting that.
This course was incredible. I expected it to go too slow, but it remained entertaining and informative on the topics I would have said I already knew prior. The instructor made people feel welcome and he was excellent at feeling out the room for pace and energy levels.

The Excel training that Rich provided was the best that I've received in my 30 years in government. Basically, since the advent of Excel. I appreciated his training approach and especially liked that he let us built our own training aids/cheat sheet using the basic and a few advanced concepts of Excel! Great class!

The instructor, Bob, completely made this class. Bob was so positive, optimistic, and excited, he made me energized and enthusiastic about this class, even though I wasn't incredibly excited about the subject matter initially. He made it accessible for everyone, and I can't speak highly enough of the energy he brought to the classroom.
