I retook the class, and it was just as great as the last time! Chris is a great teacher. We covered the same general topics but was able to grasp the concepts better since i was already exposed to them. It was nice to have new classmates ask different questions so we could get a better understanding of real-life examples. Thank you!
Awesome class. Rich is an excellent teacher. I have not been this engaged in a class in a long time. Excellent. Can't wait to come back for level 3 in Dec.
Bob is an excellent instructor with practical illustrations for each concept. He was especially helpful in using layman terms for explaining each piece of a function. I have been using functions for several years and now I more fully understand how to use them. I really, really enjoyed this class and the Intermediate class!! Thank you so much!!
Rich was very knowledgeable and PATIENT! I appreciate his willingness to repeat steps and share real-life examples. He is motivated and encourages students to do their best. He gave positive reinforcement throughout the course. I learned a lot! Thank you, Rich, for making this course and the entire day meaningful.
Great class. I was worried that the material could be kind of dry. Rich did a great job of showing his passion for this software and bringing enthusiasm and tons of knowledge. He was more than willing to jump around and explore questions and problems we were encountering in our roles at work. I will definitely try to take the advanced class with Rich I really enjoyed it and it was extremely informative. Thanks!!
Bob is the best Instructor BAR-NONE!! I want to come back for the VBA but will call first to see if he is teaching it. His demeanor and teaching style is captivating, clear and most importantly applicable to my work.
This course was incredibly valuable to my work and what I do there. Instructor Mike was engaging and equally encouraged us to engage, and I appreciated the humor he incorporated which made the class even more interesting. I would happily take another course with Training Connection with similar instructors.
The class was great, very efficient, extremely relatable to real-life scenarios. Chris was wonderful, very personable and kept the class engaged. He teaches and explains things easily and helps you to easily understand. Looking forward to taking the next course/level with him.
Thank you!
The instructor was awesome! I like how thoroughly he explains everything & that he moves quickly so we learned a lot. He is so knowledgeable & was able to answer all of our additional questions. He was funny & a great attitude. I really enjoyed his class.
Thank you. The training was Fantastic. I appreciate your patience and detail. I am truly taking tools with me that will help with my efficiency.
This is one of the best trainings I have been to. Everything from the topics to examples and discussion was completely relatable and real life. The instructor was extremely knowledgeable and kept us focused. He made it a really fun course and I was not expecting that.
Outstanding instruction. This has been the best offsite training that I have attended, and I will be sure to recommend this organization to my colleagues and employer.
This was my second training course with Rich and it was fantastic. I retained a lot from Intermediate Excel due to Rich's teaching style, and this class provided appropriate and applicable refreshers from Intermediate mixed in with a lot of new and very useful concepts and topics. I enjoyed the class a lot, hope to take more courses from Rich soon, and have recommended and will continue to recommend Training Connection courses to my employer and colleagues.
Chris was very attentive. Other staff members have taken classes with him and I was hopeful that I too would have him as an instructor. That says a lot about a one day course instructor. Great job Chris! Look forward to seeing you next class!
This is my third course with Training Connection. I have taken several other courses with other companies but the facilities and instructors at The Training Connection are the best I've seen
The class is very well organized with examples and illustrations. Will certainly help beginners like me to gain more insights about VBA. Chris is an excellent Instructor who teaches you all snippets and cool tips to make your work easy. I'd highly recommend him for Excel training for anyone looking to expand their Excel skills.
Jeff was an extremely helpful and pleasant instructor. I enjoyed his examples and his friendly attitude. This was a great course overall and I would highly recommend it to others.
The thought of a day-long excel course seems tedious and boring BUT Rich did an amazing job. I was engaged throughout the entire class, I amazed myself! The pace was perfect and I was able to keep up with students that I thought were above my level of knowledge in excel. Rich was a great teacher, very personable, and entertaining. I will be recommending this class to others at work and friends. Thanks Training Connection!!
I felt that I got my (company's) money's worth in the first hour. There were so many time saving and quality increasing features that I feel I can now use with confidence or even train others, though I would recommend they attend a class instead because of the high quality and effectiveness!
Outstanding course. This was my third of all three excel courses and I highly recommend all three. Carol is an outstanding teacher. I could not imagine learning from anyone else. Thanks.
Jeff was AMAZING and made the day go by really fast. He was fun, energetic, and made learning these difficult new concepts very clear. He was incredibly friendly, patient, helpful and I could not recommend him more.
Bob was excellent in providing real-world examples while using Excel, such as situations where you would use this program throughout your career. As a recent college graduate, I feel that this course has put me a step ahead and made me more comfortable about entering the workforce!
This is my second class here at Training Connection with Rich and I am very, very happy. He answered questions and gave examples, showed us how to do things that would pertain to our individual jobs. I learned a lot about Excel and am looking forward to the next level. The content and pace were perfect.
Chris is an amazing instructor. He made the class very enjoyable and engaging. I can proudly say I am much more efficient in excel than I was before taking this class. Thank you!!
Second class here and I am thoroughly impressed with all of the staff, from the instructors to the sign-in staff. The facilities are wonderful and the content is invaluable. I have talked it up to everyone at my studio! I will definitely be signing up for more classes.
Excellent class. I learned a lot and as usual, Rich is amazing. Super smart and knowledgeable, very patient and always willing to stop and help you until you understand. One of the best trainers I've come across in years.
Excellent Course, very informative, very well presented. I would recommend this course and Rich as an instructor to anyone looking to learn Excel VBA.
I've had experiences with various Excel training courses and Chris is by far and away the best instructor. He was clear, concise and to the point. He provided us with exactly what we needed. I will definitely be back.
Rich was very helpful. I had originally considered taking an online class but was glad for the interaction. He provided assistance for examples from our real work experience. He was very engaging and I never felt bored or that class was dragging.
Steve was truly an incredible instructor and I learned more than I was even anticipating. He made it exciting and the time went by quickly, in a good way. His handouts with tips and tricks were AMAZING and I feel so prepared to start my new job and put all my new skills to work. I will be recommending Training Connection and Steve to everyone I know. Thank you!
These past two classes with Mr. Murphy have been incredibly eye-opening and I really have a far better grasp of excel than I did prior to coming to Training Connection
Rich was amazing! Great pace for the class and VERY knowledgeable of Excel and its capabilities. I have about 8 years of Excel experience under my belt (mostly self-taught) and even I learned a few cool things in this Level 3 course and more efficient ways to accomplish particular tasks. Would highly recommend the course for anyone looking to either hone their existing skills or if first diving into the world of Excel. Thanks Rich!!!
I love your course.
The class was wonderful and Chris is an awesome teacher! I will definitely recommend my fellow finance co-workers to take his VBA class to teach them the works behind excel. I believe that learning VBA excel coding is crucial to efficiently perform data analysis in a quick and easy manner.
Mike was fantastic! He was engaging and kept the class interactive. There wasn't a question he could not answer. He was also sensitive to the needs of the class and gave breaks when needed. I would definitely invite him back for another training.
This course was incredible. I expected it to go too slow, but it remained entertaining and informative on the topics I would have said I already knew prior. The instructor made people feel welcome and he was excellent at feeling out the room for pace and energy levels.
Once again outdone himself. In total, the training session was very good. Rich did a terrific job of pacing the class and ensuring that everything was thoroughly understood throughout. In short, I would HIGHLY recommend Training Connection and Rich to anyone looking to expand their knowledge.
Top-notch in every respect, bar none. Friendly staff, modern facilities, and a fine environment, all make the education experience one that is conducive for learning on a high level.
This is the 2nd Excel class I have had the pleasure of taking with Chris. He is clear, concise, engaging and makes learning Excel highly enjoyable (this is not an easy feat!). I'm really glad I found Training Connection.
Best use of my time and money for any course I have taken anywhere. Rich was a phenomenal instructor and I will be referring several members of my team here for training. I loved it so much that I posted about it on Facebook and now have friends asking about the course. Looking forward to additional training here.
Bob is a great instructor who clearly knows his stuff. He's very thorough and teaches the class at a steady pace and is happy to stop mid-sentence to elaborate on something he said or to help someone catch up. The front office staff was very helpful as well and pleasant to interact with. I would recommend Training Connection to my friends and coworkers.
I enrolled in Excel 1,2, and 3 and had the pleasure of having Chris as the instructor for all three. Even though Excel three covered more advanced data, Chris made it fun and easy to follow. I would highly recommend these training classes.
I can't even begin to explain how helpful this course was in expanding my knowledge of Excel. Rich was an excellent instructor. He took the time to answer our questions and to help us with specific scenarios. I will be incorporating most if not all of the techniques he taught us today into my daily work!
Rich was a really great instructor! His teaching style was very clear, efficient, and easy to understand, he's definitely a natural. He was also very pleasant and I felt very comfortable asking any questions. I learned a lot from his class and I liked how we got to save the excel workbook to keep as a souvenir. Thanks, Rich, keep up the great work!
Jeff on a scale of 1 to 10 he was 100. I hated Excel until I took this class. I feel more confident and I look forward to part two. thanks
This training was fantastic! It was taught at the perfect pace and expanded my knowledge of how to use basic formulas, pivot tables, subtotals, etc. I already can think of several scenarios where this training will be improving my efficiency in my work! Rich is a terrific instructor!
Our instructor Chris had an answer to every single question asked; this class is worth every penny. I'll save countless hours using the tips, tricks & tools I've learned from this excel course.
I was very impressed by the friendly staff, relaxing atmosphere, cleanliness and even more so by the knowledge and patience of the instructor. This was a very user-friendly experience and made learning unintimidating and even fun. This is coming from an almost anti-computer person, I feel I've been converted. Thank you!
Rich is phenomenal! He is truly an expert with Excel! I learned so much in his class and can't wait to take the next two levels. So excited about everything that I have learned. I would recommend this class with Rich to others looking to expand their knowledge in Excel.
The Excel training that Rich provided was the best that I've received in my 30 years in government. Basically, since the advent of Excel. I appreciated his training approach and especially liked that he let us built our own training aids/cheat sheet using the basic and a few advanced concepts of Excel! Great class!
Jeff has been an excellent instructor today in Excel Level 1 and I'm looking forward to Levels 2 & 3 with him over the next two days. I'm here to gain more advanced Excel experience for my job and I've already learned far more in the Beginners class than I ever had been shown in the past in work and in business school. It has been a great experience and I plan to express to my company that others would value from coming here for extra training.
The instructor, Bob, completely made this class. Bob was so positive, optimistic, and excited, he made me energized and enthusiastic about this class, even though I wasn't incredibly excited about the subject matter initially. He made it accessible for everyone, and I can't speak highly enough of the energy he brought to the classroom.
Carol was absolutely great. She was very informative and knew the program incredibly well. I learned all of the things that I wanted to learn about Excel. The class ran smoothly, which I also appreciated.
