She had the students to act out situations which helped us overcome some of the obstacles we as Customer Service Reps deal with on a daily basis. From beginning to end she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable & as sweet as can be. I have never been to a training that I enjoyed as much as this one. I love that the class is intimate and interactive.
