From beginning to end she was enthusiastic, knowledgeable & as sweet as can be. I have never been to a training that I enjoyed as much as this one. I love that the class is intimate and interactive. If I could hire Carol as a life coach I would. Thank you so much for this great experience and all of the great information.
5.0 stars This Customer Service seminar was beyond what I expected. Their Customer service speaker gave an amazing class. She was full of energy and keeps your attention. I'm glad I attended this class. i have me a better glimpse understand of my position and how to handle things differently and how to be efficient in different areas with customers. Great Class recommend this to any company that's would like to better their employees communication skills.

5.0 stars Not only was this a great customer service training, but a life changing experience for me. I really enjoyed Juana Wooldridge today. I would recommend her not only for customer service training but for motivational speaking. She made me realize some things about myself that I never even knew. A real eye opener and probably one of the best 7 hours spent of my life. I look forward to reading her book and hopefully keeping in touch with her.

I also enjoyed the personal attention in both what we do well and what we need to work on. Success starts with our own attitude. And I can see where I can take this education to the front lines of face to face customer service, as well as adding to my resume the education in call center customer service, so I can possibly move my way up in my professional career.
